How long is Custom Infinity Table production time?

Production is 4 weeks from the date the order is paid depending on what is currently in production at the time the order is placed. The fist day of production will be the next business day after the date of the order. Production times are not guaranteed, however, most orders have been performing on time and as expected.

Does the Custom Infinity Table come with the Digital Infinity Game Table?

NO. The custom tables we build are meant to hold the digital game table, but the game table itself is sold separately. They are available for sale on our site.

How fast is freight/shipping on Infinity Tables?

All infinity orders are shipped via UPS priority ground and, depending on your destination, usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive but can go up to 8 days in very rural areas as remote destinations can take longer to get to the door. Products will be left at the door of the address provided, no signature is required. We can't set appointments or specific delivery dates. Tracking will be provided via email, to the email address used at the time of ordering, when a table ships. Shipping times are not guaranteed, however, most orders have been performing on time and as expected. 

Can I have an order Rush Produced and Shipped for an extra fee?

Unfortunately, there is no way to “rush order” production. These times are already exceptionally fast for “built to order” items and can’t be done any faster.

What if my table shows up Damaged?

If the box is visibly damaged and you are present to receive the package, please inspect the package and item inside before receiving. If the table is damaged, please reject the shipment and we will work on a replacement. If you are not present for receiving the shipment and the find the product damaged, please take pictures and notify us asap at mike@wyndevelopment.com . Please save the original packaging. NOTE: we will include extra stain and sealer in the shipment for slight or small repairs. Replacement can take unto another 30 days, so you may elect to keep an item that was slightly damaged/repairable as opposed to shipping it back. We pack it well and ship it as fast as possible, but carriers can still perform poorly and we will do our best to correct and damage asap.

What if my Scent Machine or oils show up Damaged or Leaking?

 If you are not present for receiving the shipment and the find the product damaged, please take pictures and notify us asap at mike@wyndevelopment.com . We will do our best to correct and damage asap.

What is the return/refund policy?

Because we are custom building and selling these infinity tables straight from the factory at deep discounts, once you open the vacuum seal of the mattress and unpack/unroll it, returns can ONLY be made for a shipping defect.  NO OTHER RETURNS FOR CUSTOM INFINITY TABLES BEYOND FACTORY DEFECT OR SHIPPING DAMAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must notify use within 4 days of the delivery date in order for us to file a claim. If you wait beyond 4 days to report shipping damage, a claim can not be filed for shipping damage.

If a scent system or oil is still in the original packaging, any received scent item can be returned for a 20% restocking fee of the price paid, within 14 days of receipt, at the PURCHASERS OWN return shipping expense. If a Digital Infinity Game Table is still in the original packaging, it can be returned for a 20% restocking fee of the price paid, within 14 days of receipt, at the PURCHASERS OWN return shipping expense.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund less a 4% processing fee that we still get charged. After 24 hours, for any infinity tables, your order is in custom production and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the price you paid, even if it has not shipped yet. For scent system and digital game table orders, orders can be canceled for a full refund less a 4% processing fee that we still get charged, as long as they have not shipped yet. Once shipped, all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and at the PURCHASERS OWN return shipping expense.

For Digital guest books, once you provide your log and password and location information, 50% of the book template will be created. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your guestbook, only 50% of the fee will be refunded as half the work will have already been completed. Please make sure you want, need and can use the touch stay book with your property management.
